James Chavis President-CEO 

A graduate of St. Augustine's University in North Carolina, Mr. Chavis received a B.A. in education. After working several years on the Hubble Telescope at Braddock Dunn and MacDonald in Mclean, VA, he earned a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Technology. With over 20 years of IT and business experience, Mr. Chavis’ expertise covers: developing email servers, creating archive solutions, providing technical analysis, designing program logic and managing data center operations for both unsecured and secured facilities. As an network engineer, Mr. Chavis holds several certifications including CNE, CRISC, ISSO and IBM CLS. In his free time, Mr. Chavis volunteers in his local community and is an active member of both the NAACP and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He has family ties to the Lumbee of N. Bertrand Harris- CIO

While pursuing a client-centric approach, Mr. Harris is a detailed-oriented individual who delivers on the big picture. For example, his unique ability to see security flaws before they exist allows him to implement preventative security measures that would have otherwise never been considered. His knowledge of network security and VOIP systems is backed by more than 30 years of IT consulting for several large defense contractors. Lester Mitchell- CSO

Since receiving a B.S. in Computer Science, Mr. Mitchell has exclusively worked in cyber security industry. A well-noted expert in penetration testing, hacking and malware reverse engineering, Mr. Mitchell excels in complex situations requiring quick, intelligent thinking. Mr. Mitchell holds well over twenty current IT certifications including CISSP, CPT, CEH, CCNA, CCENT, RHCVA, VMware, VCP4, LPIC 1 and RHCE. Gerald Austin- VP

Joins Renaissance Systems as it Vice President of Business Development. He has worked for private and commercial clients in Telecommunications, computer support, electronics, and ground logistics over 20 years, in the role of Business Development and Proposal Director he will support the federal sector, as well as the military establishment. He has written proposals for several Government agency at the sum of several 100 million in business. He has held several Senior VP positions with companies in or near Fort Bragg, Fayettville, N.C. area. As a Army centric Business Leader, Mr. Austin managed several “Teams and managed to write Proposals along the way” He is responsible for developing win strategies, strategic alignment (including Teaming Agreements with subcontractors and business partners). He is well versed with experience of working with US Army and all CoComs, US Navy, US Air Force, DHHS, DOT/FAA, VHA, NIH, DOJ, FBI, DHS, NSA, and DISA. Contact Mr. Austin.
